Chugoku Seira owns an affiliated company called Yuruson Co.,Ltd., which specializes in the distribution of our products. Yuruson obtained the right to manufacture Dee-Lock nuts and bolts which have been developed by Disk-Lock International, Inc. of U.S.A.as well as the distribution rights of the same products in nine countries in the Asian region including Japan. Yuruson has also established a relationship for technical cooperation with several companies in South Korea, Taiwan and Thailand on the Y-Lock nut and Y-Lock bolt. These companies undertake sale on consignment for Y-Lock nut and Y-Lock bolt, helping us to expand our overseas market and contribute to the development of foreign industrial circles. We are continuously trying to enhance communication between the established manufacturing and distribution networks which support the stable supply of our products at any time and anywhere.
